Hi There,

A soon to be Buell owner here. In the process of buying an M2 Cyclone from a mate, and hope to collect it in a few weeks. It's in good condition and done less than 10k miles, but been off road on a SORN for a while. I've a few mods planned for it already, and aim to sort it over the winter for a spring reveal.

I'm a regular on the UKMonster owners site, and currently also own a 900 monster trike and solo, but the solo's getting flogged to free up cash for the Buell.

Cheers for now

Gary

P.S. any UKB members on here local to me - Dartford?

Thanks for the welcome guys

The trikes staying. I've invested a huge amount of time and money, and it's part of the family now. Been my regular ride since 2005, and I recently rode to Misano and back on it for World Ducati Week 2011 with the club. In fact I've hardly ridden 2 wheels since i built it so it's gonna feel a bit strange on the Buell. I'll post pictures of the Cyclone when i get it. It's a 2002 model with orange frame and black bodywork.

What a waste of a decent motorcycle ...............in fact what a waste of any motorcycle .................you should have got your parents to take the stabilisers off sooner when you was a kid ;)

It's quite capable of two up work - had plenty of pillions and zero complaints. The seat cowl just un-bolts same as any monster, and it still has the stock pegs. I also have a custom seat for longer 2-up rides. Don't worry the Buell won't go the same way. My other 1/2 has an XV1100 trike and there's only so much you can fit in a garage.

I think the trike looks very smart and nicely done.
