Hi to all BUELL fans out there i have been riding bikes for longer than i can remember and finally got round to owning a buell of my own . I have ridden several and allways wanted one but being on the tall side i found them all a it awkward apart from the cyclone and finally EUREKA my bike a 2006 ulysees tried one when they first came out and have been waiting and saving till a cheep one that needs fettling turned up oh happy days .I will be asking all sorts of things as i like to work on my own bikes so i will need a manual all the best may meet others as year unfolds your never too old to twist the throttle wide open cheers.

Hi Billy and welcome from another Newbie.

Same story here. Riding for 29 years :old: . I like spannering and I just found a 2006 Uly too!

I'll be looking out for your questions and responses. I'm hoping I won't need to do much to mine to begin with but I've a habit of taking things apart...

Welcome

I have an 06 Uly too, I fitted a lower seat and progressive fork springs from a 2007 model so I can touch the floor and limit the fork dive during hard use of the front brake. :maz: also suggests a heavier weight fork oil as an additional fix for anti dive. Saying that, I am an engine braking / back brake user.
