Welcome - time's a funny thing, I've brought a faithful troop of followers over to the NW for many a year, 4 times on my Uly. We did Cookstown last year, MGP this year & Dundrod next year. Look out for "Diggertours" :D

Good luck for Cookstown - we loved the racing & the craic there.

Ulys just do everything - great tools. It has to be said I parted with mine last September - it's gone to our pal Shuggie in Erskine - and he'll be doing plenty of Irish trips on it. I needed something I could reliably hoon down to Southern Europe on with luggage & wife, so I treated myself to a new Multistrada :D :D

I'm in Newtownards and have had my Uly for a while now and I gotta say I love it. I use it to commute most days in to Belfast. I have had it 2 up to France and quite a few trips to the mainland. They often get slated on here but gotta say I think it is a fantastic bike.

The most important mod for me was a new can from Albert on here as the stock one was crap.

Also found pirelli angels to be excellent tyres.

Hope you can pick one up.

Good luck

Johnny

Dammit we have literally just sold our 08 Uly to germany. It's still in the country though :? . Seems the Uly is having a revival at the moment and it really is a cracking bike (I dare say we will regret letting it go).
