Hello all

Picked up my XB12S on Sunday :)

First Buell for me so it's taking a little adjusting to as my previous 3 bikes were all inline 4s.

Just a quick query, the revs seem slow to drop off once the bike is warmed up. Is that normal?

Look forward to getting to know yawl.

Op.

Welcome... :sun:

The Buell is a rewarding ride, if you have come from an IL4 you will need to give it time, as you are finding, however it is well worth learning how the bike wants to be ridden...

What is the issue with the revs? Can you be more specific? Might be worth posting the question in the technical section as not all the techies come to this area...

It was the engine noise that freaked me out coming from jap stuff. It sounded like it was going to blow up at every set of traffic lights!

Now that's an exaggeration- they usually blow up at every 20th traffic light!
