Hi,just joined, name is Dave & I live in sunny Northwich. I've always liked Buells, currently have a CBF1000, TL1000S & an SV650. Am going to look at a 1999 Cyclone next week. Have already been given some great info from a long standing member of this group but would welcome any tips on what to look for. |

Thanks for that, the one I'm going to look at has only done 5K miles and is going for a lot less than the one in the ebay link |

Welcome from sunny Essex! SV's are great bikes all round I reckon, still use mine, still put a smile on my face. I was sorely tempted by a TL last year but held out for an XB. Glad I did but who knows what the future holds? Grumpy is the way to be for me too. Good luck! |

Hey Mr Kiwi, with all these grumpy people showing their heads, do think the site needs a "Dear Marge" column? Must be a good agony aunt on here to help out somewhere. Might reapply as "Cheerful Tadpole" Welcome mate any way from sunny Rye That's not a rain dance. |

Hey that's a bit rich coming from some old bird that can't fly. Just to tease you were booked up for a return to your Fatherland. Bit longer this time, can't wait for December and it's not Christmas I'm looking forward to. Ooops wrong place to put it again, I'll be on the slap list with Jill. |
