Hello

As a few months ago I’m a proud member of a XB12s..

Always wanted one for many years....Work going well so treated myself.

Used to have a R1..,absolute no interest anymore...The Buell’s ride so nice.

Really happy with her...

2007. Clean...20k miles....Purchased from a great chap in Milton Keynes.

Now off road till the sun comes out...WIll treat her to a deep clean and a few little toys over winter..

Any tips for leaving them over winter?

Is there any ride outs planned?

Would like to get involved!!

Got a trickle charger (Horroble Datatool installed)

Welcome. If the last major service was at 12k miles, things you need to do are check the wheel bearings (requires you to remove the wheels, conventional tugging from side to side won't show knackered bearings), grease the steering bearings (or replace), change the fork oil as it'll be like cat piss, and fit a nipple to lube your output bearing if it's being left over the winter.

Hello

Took your advise...changed the fork oil (plus seals) and changed the spring for Hyperpro progressive springs.

Also replaced all brake pads for EBC Double H Pads.

Still to change oil and primary fluid and filter...do it next week.

I absolutely love the bike...

Will sus bearings...
