Joined a wee while ago, been looking at buying a buell for many years having fallen in love with a nuclear blue and molten orange? Lightning many many moons ago (approx 25yrs) then in past few years looked at several bikes none seemed to be the right one. Owned quite a few bikes over the years and mainly had jap two strokes and Italian twins.
Anyway I recently became the owner of Andy’s (spondon440) buell S1/lightning hybrid.
So I still haven’t had a chance to get any miles on it as I’m so busy with work but hoping to get out this weekend. 👍

Welcome, good choice, you will struggle to find a nicer bike than that one 8-)

Its an M1,says so on the side.

Tim you are a lucky man, anyone who gets one of my bikes is but that one is extremely special, fuck work and get riding it.

Thanks for the welcome chaps. Andy I fully intend to this week. I’m finishing work for a few weeks and I’ll be out and about on it. I just keep looking at it and can’t wait to enjoy it.
The bike is an absolute credit to you mate and is everything I’ve wanted in a buell.
