Location: West Yorkshire
Event cancelled 09-11-09.

Following the success of the first Peak District BBQ on Saturday 5th September - we proudly present the UKBEG Peak District Buell Bash, to be held at the Knockerdown Inn, Carsington Water.

Date: Saturday 14th November.

Provisional start time 4.00 pm.

Location details: http://www.knockerdown-inn.co.uk/

Patrick Yates of Harleyworld, Chesterfield has kindly agreed to support this event.
Their web site: http://www.harleyworldchesterfield.co.uk

We offer free camping Image on Saturday night.

Food, from their Bar Menu, will be supplied by the Knockerdown Inn and served in an area which is reserved for our exclusive use. We'll have to pay for our food on this occasion but it is reasonably priced and of good quality. Steaks :P are their speciality.

On Sunday morning there will be a ride-out to Matlock Bath for breakfast.

We need some idea of the numbers who would like to attend - thank you.

Hi Mitch - I think we're all a bit mad, we wouldn't own Buells otherwise...

:old: Come on now you hard Buellers dont let a bit of cold weather put you off.

If someone can provide a decent stove and a big pot I'll supply hot soup for all both night and morning with the option of tea and coffee for those who don't like soup. put your thermals on and come and join the fun, I'm sure that Tigs will come along to treat any one suffering from hypothermia

After contacting Patrick today, who's just returned from holiday, we have decided to cancel this event.

Please accept our apologies if you had intended to come along but it just wasn't viable given the limited response to date.

If it's any consolation we will have another Buell BBQ at the Knockerdown Inn next year, perhaps during the summer.
