Excellent.
Do they speak English?
Do they take stirling?
Do we need passports?
Did someone say Liverpool? Is keeping my wheels attached an option?

tehe

See ya there

BTW it's the bosses Birthday the day before, so I will expect all to be rude and creatively felicitatous!?!

:hehe:

We've only got Em's Day, 21st July, and the Normandy trip, 3rd to 9th June, booked so far. There's a long list of stuff we want to do in 2012 but we won't know all the dates until early next year.

OK, I've decided on the Falcon's Nest as our base for the week. They looked after us very well last time, and they've plenty of available rooms, far more than the Glen Helen Inn. There's also the added factor of the closed roads at Glen Helen on race days, whereas we can get about easily from Port Erin to anywhere on the island at any time.

I've "reserved" the rooms for all those who have confirmed so far, but you will be required to phone with your credit card details to leave a 10% deposit to make your own bookings. After a day of trying to get them to bring the price down, we are left with their best weekly rate of £595 per double or twin room. So please get on the phone now to Heather on 01624 834077, and mention Diggertours.

So if you're not among those who have confirmed, and are thinking of joining us, please don't prevaricate, or you'll end up as S1nner did last time, in some alcohol-free religious sect boarding house, with prayers before every meal lOl

I will let our Manx resident friends know we're coming, and see if we can get everyone down to join us for an evening or three.

Deposit paid. Not sure of the rate as it all got a bit confusing  I guess it's an age thing :old: I'm assuming it's as Digger said as it was £59 deposit, which seems fair enough to me :yup:

Yup, me too. (Deposit paid, I mean, not the confusion bit lOl )

Please get those calls made, folks.

It's so much easier on the morning cat-herding when we're all under the same roof. 8-)

Job done. Ferry booked and hotel deposit paid. Ignore the hotels website that says it's fully booked, they still have loads of room :yup:
Mrs Adam and I will be joining you from the Monday until Friday, sadly not any longer owing to horses, elderly dog etc, etc.

How much did you all pay for the ferry? Does £197 seem right?
There's an offer at £116 return, but not on sensible crossing times. :?
