I agree with Rik it is getting a bit too popular now with so many bikes attempting to get into town along with all the seaside traffic. a good day at the seaside in good company nevertheless.
A good day none the less, sorry to hear about your friend Jill. I am sure there were may incidents on route and returning, some dodgy manoeuvres by cars and bikes all over the place. There were as many odd people as bikes.

Update on my friend.... apparently the girl was riding in front, a car pulled out of a junction, she hesitated and then braked sharply, Adam braked hard, but ended up going over his handlebars and head-butting her in the back!! She was discharged after check up at hospital. He just had a major headache....! Bikes not too bad considering. Hers just has cosmetic damage to tank, his came off slightly worse with a broken engine casing. Her bike was an old solid bike, his was a brand new (ok, 2 months old) Street Triple.....!! Adam is going to cover the cost of all repairs, so no insurance claims. Hard lesson learnt.....don't ride so close together!!!!
