And that, my dear Northern friends, is why we are called Southern Softies :rotfl:

Glad that I managed to make the Buell meet up 'official'.... lOl lOl

Took a long route to the pub because I was sure I had seen Rik's Buell broken down at the side of the motorway, and felt the need to return and give him some moral support (cos technically, I'm inept!!). I took the next exit off the motorway, doubled back (not sure how many miles) passed the bike on the opposite side of the motorway to realise it wasn't Rik's Buell but a black Harley instead..... :oooops: Returned at the next exit and took the back road through Romsey and Lyndhurst etc. instead of motorway again. Had a wonderful 25 mile detour. :D

Had a lovely evening chatting to some of my favourite men 8-) and a great ride home. Once I left Ash at his turning, I re-joined the motorway and enjoyed some high speed riding, (there were no bends... :oooops: lOl )

Thanks for a lovely evening guys. x :4roz:

Aw Gee, Jill, thanks for the nice thought! I'd do the same for you!
...but I hope I'd be able to tell a Buell from a Hardley at 20yds...

Just had second thoughts about this, Jill...
How very dare you mistake my Buell for a Hardley...
And how very dare you think it'd let me down...
...it's only ever done that once in 12 years! ;)

:ner:

:ner: In my defense the sun was very bright and low, and was struggling to see where I was going, and only caught sight of the bike at the last moment. There was a car stopped in front of the bike, and the rider was tall and slim, so not your usual Hardley rider physique.....
