Don't rely on that as Gospel. I expect the T/Sprint will have more 'jobsworths' scrutineering than at a normal trackday :?

Reckied the route tonight in glorious sunshine 8-) It was blowing a hurricane on the Crimea Pass, it kept lifting up my front wheel  .....well thats my excuse and I'm sticking to it.
The roads are remarkably clean :yup:
We need to allow 1h 30 - 1h45 for the ride.......unless you want to ride at traditional snowdonia warp speed :P .....so that we arrive at Thundersprint in good time.
SO PLEASE be at the stables 10am ready to leave at 10.30
There is a Shell garage as you enter Betws from the East SO FILL UP on arrival.
Hope to see you Sunday.
Rich.

The mountain forecast says a band of rain will pass thru 10am untill 12 pm ish so if raining when you get to betws we could go to my house (log fire and scran) and then head out to Anglesey and thundersprint as the rain will have past and the forecast says :sun: for anglesey in the afternoon. Hopefully the rain will have stopped for your return journey.
You might get a bit wet but it won't be a wash out so lets make the best of it :yup:

Great day out, weather forecast was spot on, pissed it down from 10-1pm then the sun came out all afternoon. So dry track for the racing but got wet on the ride there. My S1wl looked like I'd been green laning, as did Gills arse.......dirty bird
Comino didn't get wet due to his bright orange rubber onesy.......tis true tinky winky is alive and well and rides a blue XB around mid wales :hehe:
Great to meet you George and Chris (comino) :yup: sorry we lost you in the crowd george we did look for you.
CJ hope you got back safe and sound we looked for you but couldn't find you.
All the best
Rich

Thanks for Snowdonia 13 Rich and Chris. A great ride out to Betws-y-Coed, then the rain right on cue!! A coffee stop was well in order (thanks Rich and Gill). A bit more of the wetstuff (rain not coffee) as we headed to the track. First stop food then lost you, certainly expected to see the tinky winky suit in the crowd!!! lol. The sun came out. the racing began and the bay views were awesome. I left around 3.30 and with a dry run back I made it in for 6.oo.
All in all a cracking day. Same again next year just book the dry sunny weather now!!
George

We only stayed 2½ hours at Thundersprint, leaving around 12.20pm just as a S1WL and 2 XB's were riding in. Sorry to have missed everyone but we were slowly losing the will to live after trudging around the circuit and paddock in the rain and strong wind. At least things improved for the afternoon and we enjoyed a mostly dry ride back to Yorkshire.

In total contrast Saturday was just about perfect with glorious sunshine :sun: :sun:. We left Bristol at lunchtime and rode up the entire length of Wales using the A470 - a stunning route and highly recommended.

We covered a total of 647 miles over the weekend and both Guzzis never missed a beat. The BIAMF ride-in and festival were excellent and apart from Sunday morning on Anglesey it was a great motorcycling weekend.
