That Triumph looks interesting CJ, based on a Speed Triple?
How did it do?
I think this is a Speed Triple but I didn't get to speak to the owner:

The other Triumph uses a Tiger engine:

It was certainly one of the most interesting bikes there and road legal....
The owner explained that he'd used a three-cylinder engine from a Triumph Tiger that had been written off. The frame, tank and seat are Armstrong. Wheels and forks are Yamaha. He has a twin-disc option available for the front wheel. The 'silencer' is from a Manx Norton. Header pipes are a one-off design.
The standard Triumph radiator has been removed because the engine was being overcooled, it now runs with a much smaller unit.
The engine seems to be a neat fit in the Armstrong frame - the owner's obviously handy with a hacksaw and welding unit.
