Bit of news for those who are perambulating in their alternative transport in this inclement weather ... local plod here are issuing on the spot £60 fines & 3 points to drivers who have not cleared deep snow from their car roof. Just heard two separate stories from those who have been apprehended in the morning rush hour

Although it pisses me right off when I see folk wandering about in snow covered cars, peeping through small gaps in the windscreen, I'm curious as to what these people have been charged with. Insecure load?
