We're all set for tomorrow's inaugural UKBEG Buell Jumble.......

Our stall should be easy enough to spot with a Buell banner but if you can't find us then call our mobile number 0792 626 5582. We may even have it switched on this time :oooops:.....

In addition to the list of parts previously published we now have A4 laminated colour copies of the Buell RR1200 and RS1200 sales brochures - a must for all discerning Buell anoraks.

Sticky buns have been procured and a request submitted for a totally dry day, but there may be showers ahead  ....

1125 checked over the other day tyre pressures etc checked.............liberal doses of acf50 on the exhaust ...thought i'd better warm it right through at home this time and burn the excess off the exhaust .........guy at the petrol sation wasn't impressed last time when i pulled in and started refuelling with clouds of smoke coming from under the bike lol..................he turned my pump off lOl
Not a lot of spare cash this month though to buy stuff as had to insure both bikes this week and also bought a new rear wheel for muffin.

Good to meet up with folks today ..................looks like CJ had a succesful day selling parts 8-) .........Had a good ride but got very wet on the way home but at least it was warm :) ........Isn't fecking Fuel expensive now though ...there and only half way home when I topped up and cost £18  .............seriously going to have to think whether I can afford to do my Europe trip this year with fuel prices as they are ....3000 miles at 42mpg at those prices is just going to be too much :(

Yeah..a good ride there and back, didnt need my water-proofs on going home :) although did ride through a shower at Goole then followed the rain home, roads wet but suny-ish, good to see everyone, hope every-one got back home OK, I think CJ did the most buisness all day ;) a good start to the year......

Stay lucky Woody.

Today's UKBEG Buell Jumble was a great success - we managed to raise £305.00 for Em's Charity. Considering everything was sold at bargain prices we think it's an excellent result.

We arrived at Squires at 8.00 am, unloaded the car and by 8.15 we'd sold most of the Harley-Davidson parts. The guy who bought them couldn't believe his luck, he just happened to be in the right place at the right time.

Jane and I would like to thank all the UKBEG members (12+ :worthy:) who turned out on a less than perfect day and bought something to support the charity. We managed to sell 90% of the Buell parts - it was great to come back home with only two small cardboard boxes in the boot.

Jane and UKBEG's small, but perfectly formed jumble stall - after we'd sold most of the larger items...

The money raised today will be transferred to Em's Charity donation web page later in the coming week and we'll post an updated total.
