Thinking of you all every step of the way. Just think I could have been nearly an hour into the ferry crossing by now. Might be advisable to avoid parts of County Tyrone and Digger, please keep Beef and t965m on a short leash. Wouldn't want them getting all nostalgic and going into CRO mode lOl

That's because the Irish Republic is a separate country where the Royal Mail wouldn't be too popular. The central target of the 1916 Easter Rising was the Post Office in Dublin after all. It was a symbol of British occupation.

Almost! Had a brilliant day today on the Ards Peninsula. I can barely walk now, but in the words of Bertold Brecht 'Nothing can be harder than the quest for fun'. Beef has been using his quad bike experience to sort my suspension for me to great effect (thanks Garry!). It felt so much better that I managed to go round a couple of corners with my thumb still on the throttle :) then I even managed to overtake a few cars - a new one on me :)

I'm going to take a rest day tomorrow as I don't want to over do it. I've done more miles in the last two days than I'd usually do in a month.
