Bugger! Bugger! Bugger!

I'll be driving down to Lymington on Monday 22nd and I have to be in Edinburgh on 21st so can't come down a day early. I know which I'd rather be doing! Sunday is my birthday and a family get together has been arranged for me. I really wish they wouldn't bother as frankly I don't like family events, but my wife says that we're expected as they're all coming for my birthday!

Oh well, see you all at Sproutfest then!

Any decent B&B's now that the favourite UKBEG one has finished ;)

Try Sally's very good friends of mine in Mudeford. She's also the founder of the Dorset Womens Motorcyclists and is a personal friend of Sammy as they used to do trials biking together......fab lady!

Kev - you're well hard, you are :D - it takes us two days to complete a trip darn sarf like this.

The weather forecast could be better, if it's correct we're bound to get a soaking at some stage over weekend......

Good because if there is rain the bike is staying in the shed!

If the weather is good the usual BBQ will be provided at ours afterwards from about 2pm and, as always, the Bournemouth Air Show will be displayed from our rear garden 8-)

Looks like he tried to eject and landed in the river just up from us....no news on his condition but there are reports he was about 15m up when he ejected.....the airshow is still carrying on at present - just seen the Sally B Super Fortress go over. Apparently those on Bournemouth beach are still unaware of what's going on.

Just hope he's OK :(

:yt:

A bit worrying landing in the river. A canopy with all its associated rigging can be lethal when in water - a lot of people will get out of their harness and jump into the water so they don't get tangled up. Let's hope he was conscious, bang seats can knock you out sometimes.
