We've been down at Donington today watching the WSB practice, qualifying and superpole action. Glorious weather plus great sights and sounds - a perfect day out.

Let's hope Silverstone is equally as good :yup:....

Update for WSB:

Silverstone have told me that I will receive the WSB weekend tickets and centre passes a couple of weeks before the event - around mid July I guess. I have an e-mail receipt for the payment and confirmation of our booking.

Weekend camping is £40 per person - we have 5 requests to date, Jill x 2 and Richie x 3. Silverstone want me to buy these and then forward them on with your tickets and passes.

Jill and Richie, please send a cheque made out to Chris Jessop, to:

Sorry, there wasn't enough interest shown in the BSB weekend (28th to 30th September) so we decided not proceed with that particular event. If people have changed their minds and would like to take advantage of the Silverstone BSB offer @ £14.40 per person for a weekend ticket then I'm willing to handle the bookings etc. I would need at least 10 people to commit to buying tickets - but time is short, we only have until the 3rd August to make a block booking for BSB.

Regarding WSB, I received 26 weekend tickets last Thursday and just await the centre passes to go with them. I'm told these are being posted to me this week.

UKBEG members who've booked Silverstone WSB through me will receive their tickets and passes within the next 7 to 10 days.
