I have received a card saying I have an envelope to collect from the post office, so I am sure this must be my tickets. Thanks CJ. x

Great, that's everyone sorted. All that remains to do is to arrange for a dry weekend - fingers crossed :yup:...

We travel down to our Travelodge at Wootton on Friday evening and we'll be at the circuit early Saturday morning.

If you've not been before, to access the Club Zone follow signs for the main entrance and paddock, present your centre parking pass and weekend ticket then ride in over the bridge and at the first roundabout turn left, ride forwards about 200 yards and the Club Zone is up on a raised section of ground to your right.

Will there be a Buell tent/gazebo?

Have taken ours up in the past but we'll be exhibiting at the Copdock Show this weekend. We won't be using the tent because we have H-D's big Experience Truck so I could drop it off either at the Wootton Travelodge (although I'm sure CJ and Jane will be on two wheels) or at Silverstone on the Friday night. Someone would need to get it back to my home on Sunday, I live less than half an hour from the circuit but won't be home myself until late.

Steve

Thanks Steve for the offer of the Black Bear tent. We'll know what's what with the weather conditions nearer the weekend but we hope to be on two-wheels.

We do have the option of coming in the car which means we could bring the UKBEG gazebo but it doesn't like windy conditions, especially on that exposed area where they have the Club Zone. We did bring it to the Silverstone WSB event in August but it was too windy to use it.

In the past the Oakley Motorcycle Club have let us use their tent(s) to store our helmets and bike kit. We're on good terms with their events organiser and he's always happy to help us out. I'm sure we could use them again if most of us are on two-wheels next weekend.

Steve, CJ I just thought I would ask.

I am off to Sophia near Nice in France tomorrow and won't get back till late Friday so cannot really help out.

The Oakley guys have always been helpful, letting us leave our helmets etc.

Just to let you know I'm being a wimp and letting Dad take my bike some of the way up in the van because i despise motorway miles soooo we will have a giant transporter if you would like a tent/gazebo/marquee lOl transported, we will be coming from wales so if its on the way we would be more than happy to pick something up from somewhere ?
