10 belgiums organisators :maz:
10 dutch that have lost there way going to the warm south (spain) :ill: 10 french passing by on there way to ter neuzen to get some herbs
and 10 English passing by to visit brugges :sad1: is already 40 people... counting that we where already with 10 Buells in 5 minits for a picture and article in the news papers about b-day.... E=mc² :yup: the universe is unlimited and small at the same time would Einstein say

May I suggest for those of us* departing Folkestone on the 14.20 crossing:

Meet at Stop 24 services, junction 11 on the M20, between 11.45 and 12.45.

Park as near to the main building/cafe area as possible and you'll find us or we'll find you.

The Eurotunnel terminal, which is just 3 miles from the service area, has its own motorway exit at junction 11A on the M20 which goes straight to their Check-In booths.

We have to check in no later than 13.50.

From their web site: Please check in at least 30 minutes before your booked departure time, (and not more than 2 hours before). This allows for security checks at the French and British frontier controls, and time to get into the boarding lanes.

Useful links:

*I make it: Kevmean, CJ & JJ, Bungle, Richie and Mich... anyone else?

Hi Kev - I presume you're on the same crossing, 14.20?

While having a rummage through the file from last years event I found these directions:

Directions to Lauwe:

Motorway:

From Calais take the A16-E40 to Dunkerque.
From Dunkerque take the N225/A25-E42 to Lille.
Then take the A22-E17 to Tourcoing and Gand (Gent)
After crossing the Belgium border on the E17 take the first exit - Junction 1, signed Menen.
After exiting the E17 turn left and travel under the motorway.
At the first set of traffic lights turn right, signed 'LAR', which takes you into the 'Veehallen', where the Buell Day is being held.

Non-motorway:

From Calais take the N43 signed to Ardres, St Omer, Hazebrouck.
After St Omer, at the roundabout junction between the N43 and D933, take the D933 to Cassel.
Leaving Cassel take the D948 signed to Steenvoorde.
Then take the D948/N38 signed to Poperinge.
From the N38 follow the N308.
Stay on the N308 and then take the A19 motorway signed to Kortrijk.
Exit the A19 at junction 2, signed Menen. Do not use junction 2a.
Take the N17 signed to Rekkem.
Continue through Rekkem to a roundabout, turn left to Lauwe.
At traffic lights turn right - signed 'LAR' - and at the next traffic lights turn left into the 'Veehallen', where the Buell Day is being held.
