Mags, Im a mile from the ferry terminal! Car and trailer will be safe at mine 8-)

350 miles in one day is a long way unless you are going down motorway :?: :?

I have the camping booked & I want to go home via Stelvio pass..........

Tickets arrived :yup:

350 is a long way but we're looking at jumping on the motorway for 100 miles or so to make up time. Looked at going to Cherbourg but they only sail Sunday and Wed. The Wed is full and it looks like it's a two day trip on the road plus a day on the ferry. Not ideal.

Not getting the Pass thing. It's unusal but doesn't look like fun to ride. I think the planned route isn't taking us that way. I've no doubt you'll catch us up easily enough, Garry :D

Looking forward to this now. :sun:
My 19 year old son, Matt, now has his A2 licence and an XJ600 heading his way this week.
This is not the first road trip that we have done together, as he rode 200 miles each way to Deliverance last year on his Chinese 125, but 750 miles each way to Le Castellet will be an epic trip and one that we will never forget. :sun: :sun: :sun:

Don't forget to practise your French and see if they'll let Matt and me upgrade to Parc Concetration. :yup: :sun:

Only one more sleep for us, and will be good to see Rain God and family, just a little teaser for the ones coming the long way home, this is where lunch will be on the 21st http://www.brasseriedemonaco.com/ if that's OK by you all, and yes Mick will be trying to get upgrade, if the security wont allow it will explain to the organizers that we have someone all the way from UK, that has come unexpectedly and has special needs, and to help his son(carer) we would like them to be in with us. :ner: :ner:
