My weekend got off to a bad start. I camped in the Woodlands camp site. When I returned back to my tent late Friday night some wankers had took my tent and Everything in it!!!! Had to sleep in my car. Early the next morning I found my tent screwed up between 2 cars. I know who did but had no proof.

Still in the end it was a good weekend. Good weather. Silverstone really is crap for viewing and there's not much atmosphere. To top it all off I'm writing this from Luton airport, I should be in Switzerland by now, but missed my flight!! :0)

Didn't see one single Buell all weekend ?

Such a shame you had a bad experience at Silverstone. Did you get all your possessions back with your tent??? I sincerely hope so... :yup:

It was a shame we were unable to park our bikes on the inner part of the circuit. That was the only reason I didn't ride my bike to Silverstone. It was easier (and cheaper) to just ride pillion to my husband.

that's why i ended up selling our tickets, its good having somewhere to meet up inside the circuit, its gives it more of a social aspect and i know shell is not that keen on having to deal with all the idiots trying to get out all at once from the main bike park, bsb will be better :)

Yes Jill I got everything back but it put a bit of a damper on things. I spent most of Saturday plotting my revenge but in the end I let it go. Actually on Sunday I sat in the stands at Club and had a screen. Saw Scot Redding taker his bow and it was a good atmosphere. Next time we should all try to meet somewhere as I got a bit lonely on my own all weekend :(

Will go again for sure. I think MotoGP is on the up again and should have a fuller grid next year.Shame about WSB though, looks like its dying a death.

Thanks CJ for the organisation.

Rob, as an old fart I remember grids shrinking and one time there were 17 bikes for a 500 race and only 5 of them were works bikes and one year at Donington the crowd was about 10,000. 22 bikes on the grid watched by 74,000 is an absolute blast for me. For more atmosphere I suggest Assen at the end of June, Barcelona, Valencia in November or for the daddy of them all Jerez in May!
