CJ, thanks to allocating me a ticket, your are a star.

Do you need a SAE sending through so you are able to forward the ticket or will you take then to Donington for pick up on the Saturday (or early Sunday).

Am I right in thinking that we should be able to attend the EBR Paddock Visit on the Saturday evening without attending the practice session on the Saturday?

Jez, at this time I'm not sure how we'll receive the tickets. I'm hoping that I will collect them from Dorna at the race office when we arrive at the circuit on Friday and then hand them out to members on the Sunday morning. I'll confirm details nearer the time but if we have to post them out to you we'll look after that, it'll save messing about with SAE's etc.

Regarding the Saturday evening meet with Team Hero EBR, if you're not attending any of that days practice sessions etc. please arrive at the UKBEG parking and display area between 5.00 and 6.00pm. This will be located in the main bike park and will be easy to find. Everyone will assemble there and an official from Donington will escort us into the paddock to meet the team. You won't need any tickets or passes for this. I have a rough idea of the numbers for the evening meet with EBR but I would ask people to let me know ASAP if they're planning to come.

The Airport TL has been booked up for a while

So just booked into Markfield one with Kevmean

couldn't believe how cheap it was ............. no food at those services so plan to find some where for grub before going back there.
