As this is the last meet of the year, some of us thought that it would be good to sit down for a meal together, as the food looks top notch.
My only concern is whether to book tables or not.
I don't really want to book up for twenty and suffer the embarrassment if only ten of us turn up, but I also understand that people lead hectic lives and plans change overnight (mine included
) as does the weather, as we know from last year.The dining area has never seemed overly busy during our visits, but Christmas can change things dramatically.
I don't know (but suspect) that they may require a deposit for a large booking, which I'll gladly take care of, as long as people who commit, actually turn up.
Any ideas most welcome.
Also, if you want to just turn up for a beer or coffee etc., that's cool also.
