Mick & I were saying last month that it would be nicer to actually ride somewhere together than just stand about for hours....
After intending to go there for years, last Wednesday I actually managed/remembered to get out and rode up to Alton (Station Cafe), and very pleasant it was too.
I'm planning to do the same this Wednesday... although tonight would be far better for a ride as the roads will be clear of all the kick-bladder meatheads (or so I have been informed).
Nice venue for a meet, good grub-n-brew, friendly crowd and some interesting machinery including a Norton rotary, a 961 Commando, sweet little Tiger Cub Trials... and a red XB...was that you?
If anyone's interested, we could meet up Loomies for example...
