Post subject:  Spoutfest Menu
Just received the menu from the Golden Lion, price is the same as last year at £22.50/head. Anyone not staying could I ask that you get in touch with me before hand to pay so I can sort it out with the hotel prior to the night. Anyone staying at the hotel can add the meal to their room bill.

STARTERS
o Sweet Potato, Carrot & Thyme Soup, Crusty Bread
o Smoked Trout & Prawn Cocktail, Brown Bread and Butter
o Mixed Leaf Salad with Pear, Smoked Pancetta, Parmesan, Honey & Mustard Dressing
o Garlic & Stilton Mushrooms on Toasted Ciabatta

MAIN COURSES
FROM THE CARVERY
o Roast Pork & Roast Turkey
o Fillet of Salmon, Sun Dried Tomato & Pesto Butter Sauce
o Puff Pastry Case filled with Creamed Mushrooms, Courgettes & Chestnuts

Served with a Selection of Seasonal Vegetables & Potatoes

DESSERTS
o Christmas Pudding, Brandy Sauce
o Chocolate & Black Cherry Roulade
o Roast Almond Cheesecake, Amaretto Anglaise
o Sticky Toffee Pavlova

o Coffee & Mince Pies
