OK folks, it’s that time of year again! It’s only a few weeks until Sproutfest takes place for this year.

Date: Saturday 1st December 2012
Venue: The Golden Lion Hotel, Easenhall (near Rugby)

Below is a list of those with rooms currently reserved at the hotel, I have sent a PM to all of you asking for confirmation of attendance, could those who have not replied please let me know ASAP as I have a 'wait list' :D Please also be aware that one of the rooms is unavailable this year & I need to accommodate Eric in a room with disabled facilities, so I may have to move some of your rooms around, if this is a real problem for you please let me know.

The list of names is:-

CONFIRMED
Hollford (Eric) - Double Room
Stacey (Banjo & Carole) - Double Room
Coleman (Kev & Marina) - Double Room
Brown A (Adam) - Double Room
Forster (Robin) - Double Room
Radford (Not so Fat Slag) - Double Room
Bennette (Ash & Leigh) - Double Room
White (me) - Double Room
Russell (Mojo) - Double Room
Brown J (Digger & Kathryn) - Double Room
Loxton (Ursus) - Double Room
Meanwell (Kevmean) - Double Room
Ricketts (Mrs P & Steed) - Double Room
King (Dfs) - Twin Room
Penney (Rick & Tigs) - Double Room
Walker (Sugarlips) - Double Room
Jill Brown - Single room
Neil - Single room

Hotel prices are as follows; £80/double room incl breakfast (£70 for single occupancy), single rooms are £58 incl breakfast. Cost of the meal is yet to be confirmed but last year was £22.50/head.

For those reading this who haven't a clue what I'm talking about, Sproutfest is our Christmas do held at The Golden Lion Hotel in Easenhall (near Rugby), where we pretend to be civilised human beings enjoying a pleasant Christmas meal together but in reality most people just get hideously drunk (you know who you are) & buy stuff they don't need in our Sproutfest auction (we ALL know who YOU are!!) which raises vital funds towards the running of this site, so long may it continue!

You are more than welcome to attend just for the meal (menu will be available shortly) or if you need somewhere to stay & the hotel is full there is a Holiday Inn Express & a Premier Inn only a couple of miles away. If you are not staying at the hotel I will need the money for the meal upfront, so I can settle with the hotel before the night.

If more rooms become available at the hotel I will post up here on a first come first served basis.

Thanks
Alison

It would be a very good investment. One day in the future someone will want to restore a 98 M2 back to original condition, and that'll be the only can in captivity ;)

It is also in the middle of the last weekend of the bike show at the NEC. I'm flying down on the morning of the Saturday and back on the afternoon of the Sunday from Brum, so if anyone fancies having a wee nosy around...

Some of you fellas are going on your own but have double rooms. Some on the waiting list are couples ... would it not make sense to book a single room and free up a double for a few on the waiting list .. ?

Filling it with auction items doesn't count Kev, and unless you find a willing waitress whose guide dog wont growl at you ... I admire your optimism
