Organised by the Skellingthorpe and District Motorcycle Club, this event raises funds for the Lincolnshire & Nottinghamshire Air Ambulance.

It's being staged at the Lincolnshire Aviation Heritage Centre, East Kirkby - where we hold UKBEG's 'Em's Day' every July.

Whilst the run is open to all motorcycles/sidecars it is very much a classic event with awards for Pre 46, Pre 61, Pre 86 British/Euro and Pre 86 Japanese.

Signing on is from 8.30 am and the run starts at 10.30 am. After approx. 40 miles there is a stop at The Green Man, Scamblesby before returning to the Aviation Centre.

Full details and an entry form can be downloaded: here

Paul, that's great news, the Smarty party (or part thereof) will be at this years Wolds run. Unlike last year I hope you'll have cleaned the Enfield before the run :D ...

And trust me, the weather will have improved by the 4th May and there'll be no snow in the forecast.

A few UKBEG members have asked me if they can just turn up on Saturday to take part in the Wolds Run, rather than register in advance like we have.

I can confirm here that you can but the organisers ask for your patience if it's busy when you arrive at the Aviation Centre because it may take a while to sign in etc.

A bit late to respond to this event but we've been playing out on two-wheels all over the Bank Holiday weekend, enjoying this glorious weather :sun: :sun: :sun: ...

There was fantastic support for Saturday's Wolds Run. The organisers must have been over the moon with the response and the large number of riders that attended. The event will have raised many hundreds of pounds for the Lincs & Notts Air Ambulance. It's a great way to spend a day with riders of both classic and modern machinery.

To make the day complete we met up with fellow UKBEG members, Woody, Smarty, Alex and Att; plus a few friends from the MGCGB.
