Post subject:  Tankfest 29/30 June
Bovington has a big display weekend over weekend 29/30 June.

I am taking some of my troops down to crew Trojan and Titan in the display (Engr Tanks)
and also I will have a field section building a 5 bay Medium Girder Bridge (MGB)

Why we doing this? Well we are raising money for the Regt so that if during the upcoming tour we have and welfare/compassionate cases that are not covered by the system, the Regt can assist the soldier. After the tour any remaining money will go to the Army Benevolent Fund or Blesma (or both)

So there will be a few young Sappers walking around rattling buckets!!

If it's nice, come and say hi-it'd be nice to hear a Buell or two turn up 8-)
