Post subject:  UKBEG @ Silverstone WSB, 2nd to 4th August.
Note, as last year we have to achieve a minimum of 10 tickets per event to qualify for this offer.

WSB - 2nd to 4th August, Friday to Sunday.

Silverstone Bike Club Scheme - £37.50 per person - 3-day weekend ticket with roving grandstand seating and free motorcycle parking within internal display area.

If you require a 3-day weekend camping ticket it's an additional £40.00 per person.

Cheques won't be cashed until we're ready to order the tickets. In the event of us not reaching a minimum of 10 tickets we will of course return your cheque.

Please send a stamped, self addressed A5 envelope and a cheque made out to Chris Jessop, to:

The deadline for cheques to be received is Friday 21st June. We'll order the tickets week commencing 1st July when we return from the UKBEG Ardennes & Eifel Mountains trip.

You will receive your WSB tickets and Bike Club Centre Passes before the 27th July.

I'll send a cheque for 3 tickets tomorrow.

It's not much of a saving this time (advance weekend tickets are £40). Still, we get to park the bikes on the inside.
And the Ulysses will definitely be fixed by then -- had a crash two months ago but the insurance has been moving at snail's pace.

Sorry to hear about your bad luck Yann, If you guy's are camping PM me for a mobil number, as we be having a party.

Thanks for sending your cheques so promptly - we now have orders for a total of 12 WSB tickets:

Jill = 2 + camping.
Richie = 5 + camping.
Yann = 3
CJ & Jane = 2

For the WSB weekend we plan to bring the UKBEG gazebo down to Silverstone so that'll be set up early on the Saturday morning in the Club Zone.

FYI - back in December 2012 we booked a room in the Travelodge @ Northampton Wootton for Friday and Saturday night, 2nd & 3rd August.

Mike - we can sort it out, how many tickets will you need? I'll PM you my home address because I'm away from the office next week.

I think we will be able to get an extra discount on the WSB tickets - I'm just waiting for Silverstone to confirm. If this is the case then I'll send refunds out with the tickets and parking passes.

Mike - further to above, Silverstone have just confirmed that our WSB weekend tickets have been reduced to £27.00 per person. So if you read this in time make out your cheque based on this new figure.

I will send refunds for Jill (£21.00) Yann (£31.50) and Richie (£52.50) with their tickets etc.

Well, this is embarrassing. None of my usual suspects are available for WSB, or are not interested!

So I will not be requesting any WSB tickets.

But I will be requesting MotoGP tickets, at least 5 ..... so far.

Update: Silverstone confirmed today that the pack containing the WSB passes and tickets etc. is ready to be sent.

We'll send them out to you, together with your refund cheques, via recorded delivery sometime next week.
