Starting a charity cycle ride tomorrow from Arnside in Cumbria to Inverness, some 400 miles in total.
If anyone sees us or our support van(Variety Club) on the way please say hello, or, even better, give us a donation.
Day 1 Arnside to Dumfries
Day 2 Dumfries to Larkhall
Day 3 Larkhall to Crianlarich
Day 4 Crianlarich to Spean Bridge
Day 5 Spean Bridge to Inverness
