All, please see the menu for Sproutfest below. Can you please let me have your choices ASAP (one from each section please Mark ;-))
Cost is £25.50/head which will be billed to your room if your staying. If you're not staying at the hotel can you let me have the money upfront please so I can settle up with them before hand (PM me for details of how to pay)

STARTERS
o Cream of Vegetable Soup, Crusty Bread
o Pork au Poivre Terrine, House Chutney & Warm Crusty Bread
o Traditional Prawn Cocktail, Brown Bread & Butter


MAIN COURSES
o Roast Turkey, Sausage & Bacon Wrap, Sage Stuffing
o Mushroom Risotto
o Baked Fillet of Salmon, Provencal sauce

All served with Roast Potatoes and Selection of Seasonal Vegetables


DESSERTS
o Christmas Pudding, Rum Sauce
o Lemon Tart, Fruit Compote & Double Cream
o Trio Of Ice Cream

Vicky will go for:

Prawn cocktail (only because she thinks that they could be ideal catapult material!!)

Fillet of salmon

Lemon tart

I will go for:

Terrine,
Turkey,
