Following the slightly damp but very enjoyable 'Scottish Mystery Tour ' on the 26th July, we proudly present:

'Scottish Mystery Tour 2' on Sunday 13th September :dance:

Meet at the Glenshee Ski Centre Base Cafe* between 10.00 and 10.30 am for a tour of some of the best roads and scenery in the Cairngorms.

* Location details: here
Follow the A93 through Blairgowrie towards Braemar, Glenshee Ski Centre is located near the summit of the Cairnwell Pass (Scotland's highest public road) with large car parks either side of the main road. The Base Cafe is adjacent to the ticket office.

There will be a lunch stop during the tour and the option of a visit to the Royal Lochnagar Whisky Distillery :P near Balmoral.

FYI Jane and I have booked a B&B in Braemar for Saturday and Sunday night - 12th/13th September.

Hopefull I will be off work.
It was good to meet up on your last tour; this time I'll make a weekend of it and stay over, go up the day before. Have a laugh a couple of beers, shoot the shit. Great roads up their some even better coming down the East coast or up depending which way you're going. I hope the rest of the reprobates as per July can make it would be nice to meet up again.

Rawni, I reckon just 50 pence will cover it. Fingers crossed, we should have a period of settled, fine weather for the weekend....

Hi Mitch - I'm glad your Buell is still running OK. I guess the charging problem last Saturday was just a temporary glitch.

Let's hope this fantastic weather continues and we can bring some up to Scotland on Saturday :P...

Say hello to Image for us :D

I've been arrested in Glenshee Ski Center car park :lol: and then carted off to the cells in Kingussie for the evening. The Plod brekkie was quite acceptable 8-) :lol:
