Any of you fancy a few small sherries in Poole on the evening of Thursday the 1st of October?

We will be spending a couple of days in Poole on our return from the Bol D' Or trip, so we can regale you with tales of our adventure, Blackrags awesome navigational skills and Mojo's awful jokes!

We will probably be staying in the Poole Premier Inn and have absolutely no intention of getting on a bike, so somewhere local to the town centre would be good.

Who's up for it?

Sounds and looks do-able by train from Portsmiff but I may have a gig on that night so I'll have to wait and see :D

There's a Wetherspoon's very close to the town centre where we had a meeting for Beef's birthday or something celebration some years ago.

:yup: Looks like a fine way to spend our wedding anniversary!

By the way - see the updated post by Mojo, the meet is now on Wednesday at the usual place. Apparently we will be passing it on the way to Poole after getting off the ferry :D

Do you sail into Portsmouth on your return?? If so, what time does your boat arrive? Xx

Hey, we could have a dock-side reception, a guard-of-honour through Customs and an escorted ride through down-town Pompey to the M27 with outriders and a road-captain... let's do it! lOl

PS. Jill, don't forget they will probably exit the port through that little slip road that feeds directly on to the M275...
