Notice amended 09-01-17 to take account of the black Buell logo T-shirt which has been added to the merchandise list.

We’ve been given permission to use the EBR Motorcycles logo on a range of UKBEG official merchandise to commemorate Erik Buell's attendance at Em's Day on the 29th May 2017.

These items will be produced in limited numbers and will only be available at Em's Day. If you would like to ensure that there’s merchandise available in your size etc. we will take orders for collection and payment (in cash, GBP only) at the event.

So we don't end up with lots of unsold stock we'll have items made to match the orders plus a few spare. Your order will be bagged up and available for collection on the UKBEG stand. We don't require payment upfront.

Please place your order by replying on this topic, via a PM or e-mail to cj.buellgroup @ ntlworld.com

Congratulations on a real coup. Just one suggestion though. I see no mention of UKBEG or the website anywhere on those designs?

And I think you will be able to sell a lot more than you think if you publicise the availability of the shirts say on all the Facebook groups etc.

Steve, we played around with different versions of text and we've settled on this design. It's clean, simple and commemorates Erik Buell @ Em's Day 2017. If people are coming to the event most (if not all) will already know about UKBEG and this website. The event poster and press release etc. shows all this information.

Kevmean takes care of spreading the news via social media for us :worthy:......

I agree with Steve. When Luigi gets back to Italy and proudly wears his T-Shirt at a Devil Stars event all his mates will know is that EBR held an event in the UK lOl

Regardless of what the text says I would like a grey, men's T-Shirt in size L please, CJ :4roz:

Steve

UKBEG means more to me than EBR, so EBR can take a running jump anytime he fucking chooses to.
Now I know this will not be popular, but it is the spirit of UKBEG that has kept this individuals life choices alive to a certain degree in the UK....And as for permission and all that old shite, then it just sounds subservient to me, perhaps I am wrong, but for me it is how it feels and I go with the gut these days, it is usually right :yup:

In that case they should speak up, no one did any harm by doing so, it is only an ego that can be harmed, everything else is just that.....Everything else ;)

Most don't come here any more I'm afraid.

Steve, thanks for the order :D...

Everyone's entitled to an opinion, so here's mine......

Jane and I designed the products and decided on the text. We're happy with it, so are Erik and the owners of EBR.

We wanted to use the EBR logo in the design but it's subject to copyright so we have to get permission to use it.

If you don't like the design then don't place an order. If you like the design then place an order.

We (as founders of UKBEG) chose not to mention UKBEG or the website in the design because (for us) the event is all about Emma and Erik Buell. Most, or all, Buell/EBR enthusiasts attending the event know that it's a UKBEG organised event. All the publicity and website/social media notices clearly state the fact. The product design isn't meant to publicise UKBEG or this website, it commemorates the event.

The design and colours chosen lend themselves to being autographed by Erik Buell.

As stated in my notice at the start of this topic the products offered are exclusive to people who attend the event. They won't be sold via mail order, even if we have excess stock leftover after the event. We're not looking to sell as many products as possible. It doesn't matter to us if we sell 10 or 100 T-shirts.

Apologies if it upsets some people but the design stays as it is.

Jane and I have been discussing this matter, we don't mind if someone wants to design, produce and supply an alternative Em's Day 2017 T-shirt. It can be offered alongside our UKBEG/EBR 'official' design, gives people a choice and keeps everyone happy. The only caveat is that the profits from the alternative T-shirt must go to Em's Charity.

You never know, if someone wants to go ahead with this idea they may be able to offer mail order facilities, where we cannot.
