This weekend 24th & 25th June The Vintage Hot Rods are once again at Pendine. Ignore their poster saying "All Tickets Sold Out" that is just for paddock access. You can park on the Sands for £3.00 (that goes to the community council) and see plenty action. The following Sunday 2nd July sees the most interesting of the Tonfanau events this year, when it includes the Parade of Racing Exotica, and amongst other famous names, John McGuiness (allegedly). This super little circuit, close to the sea, is well worth a visit if the weather is fine. |

The tickets only give access to the paddock. They are only available to VHRA members, go on sale about Christmas time and sell out very quickly. You can get to see 95% of what is going on without, together with a good selection of vehicles parked up on the sands. There is normally a very nice man in a black '47 Chevy Pickup who will make you a cup of tea ![]() |
