Sproutfest menu - £24.50/head

Starters
- Sweet potato & butternut squash soup with crusty bread
- Pate, chutney & crusty bread
- Whiskey infused salmon, creme fraiche & crusty bread

Main Course
- Honey roasted Turkey, sausage & bacon wrap & sage stuffing
- Vegetarian wellington with red wine gravy
- Baked salmon with hollandaise sauce
All served with roast potatoes & seasonal vegetables

Dessert
- Christmas pudding with brandy sauce
- Chocolate & cherry cheesecake with black cherry coulis
- Winter berry Eaton mess

Coffee & mince pies

Please let me know your choices as soon as poss so I can consolidate for the hotel & either call the hotel directly to pay for the meal or pm me for an account number to pay the amount into

Can you ask them to have the Liquidiser on stand by Alison , Op dates confirmed for the 4th so only a few days to recover ready for this ;)
