Always a great way to start the new year, the Newark Winter Classic Show takes place over the weekend of 6th/7th January.

We would have loved to have been able to go to this BUT it's my first two shifts back at work after a month off so going to have to miss it :(

We spent a most enjoyable afternoon at the Newark show. There was a good selection of machines on display. No Buells unfortunately, but enough to keep us interested with various Italian, big air-cooled Suzukis and BSA/Triumph triples to drool over. The TR3OC had the 1965 P1 triple prototype on their stand. It's the first time we've seen this very rare machine and it rather made our day :P..

There were two 'celebrities' at the show, Michael Rutter and Willy Buell. We also met Linda and Chris from UKBEG.
