I don't know if you are aware of this, but next year, my team and myself are organising a full weekend, meet and greet for Buell owners here in FRANCE , this has been going on for several years, its called Alternative Buell Days , we have over 100 Buell's Jens Krüper and his crew from NCCR are coming , hopefully we are in for a sneak peak !we will have a few exhibitors , i am hoping Alan Hawkes will be coming also...

So here is a short recap =

Dates : 14/15/16 JUNE 2019

WHERE : SEVERAC near Nantes ( FRANCE )

PRICE : 115 + 5 € for sheets

Remaining places : 28

Closure Date : 15th of January

What you get :

Friday and Saturday nights lodging
Saturday and Sunday breakfasts
1 classy restaurant meal about 120 KM from site on the Saturday ( we will propose several routes to ride down to restaurant )
1 Evening meal on Saturday night
1 or 2 live bands coming
and the most important, all you can drink LOL ( beer wine , softs)

This year, we propose to organise the Alternative BUELL DAYS here in the West, and more specifically between the Loire Atlantique and Vendée. Even if the mountains will not be there, we promise you an atmosphere of madness and beautiful maritime landscapes.Let's go!

We open a reservation for 150 people. (possibilities to increase if necessary)
In the case of a higher number of registration, a waiting list will be constituted.

Inscriptions:
Entries will be closed on Sunday, January 13, 2019 (the postmark will be taken as proof).

In the case of a withdrawal, after this date, the organisers reserve the right to retain a percentage of the payment already paid, except replacement number for number.

Registration will be effective upon receipt of your check as well as the deposit check. Thank you for thinking about joining the registration form.

You will be able to verify the good reception of your payment on page 1 of the post summary of the registrations.

The post will be updated as and when receptions.

Price:

Cost: 115 € per person.

Sheets: It is possible to book sheets for a supplement of 5 euro per person.

Deposit of 40 euros per person, to be attached to your payment. It will not be cashed unless it is activated at the end of the inventory.

- Friday reception from 14:00
- accommodation from Friday 14:00 to Sunday morning 12:00
- Saturday lunch in a very good traditional restaurant

- Breakfast Saturday and Sunday,

- Various animations, we should have a decent rock band playing for us Saturday night

Please indicate if you have food precautions (allergies, diet, ...).

As every year, we ask you to bring a local specialty (solid and / or liquid) for the Friday night meal to share a convivial moment.

sleeping:

For sleeping, the site offers dormitories of 12 people, but we also have some smaller double rooms, a lot will depend on how many people we can get to come, the more people, the more we can open the site, so don’t hesitate to invite fellow Buelligans !
It is possible to provide single-sex dormitories if some people request it.
An excel file will also be made available to participants to organize the distribution of beds according to the desires of each.

Sending of parcels:

Expect rain gear (we are not far from Britany !!!) and a swimsuit! If everything goes as we hope, we should have access to the pool site.

At the arrival:

The team will welcome you to the site, we will give you the program for the weekend, and give you your welcome gift.

A parking area located to the left of the central building will be at your disposal for a gathering of Buell's.

Another parking will be available for other brands.

Proposals of our favourite roads will be available upon your arrival on the site, especially to get to the meeting point on Saturday noon.

As a reminder, during this weekend you will circulate under your full responsibility.
