We are having our party again on Saturday the 4th of May (Bank holiday) at our house in Stow near Galashiels in the Scottish Borders. Post code TD1 2SR. Everyone at UKBEG is invited but it's not just a UKBEG event. There's plenty or room for camping and for motor homes etc. You're welcome to come on the Friday and stay until the Monday. The usual contribution towards breakfast would be much appreciated.
Basically it will be a similar set up to Deliverance/Adam's bbq . If people arrive on the Friday night we will probably have a bbq. On the Saturday night Anna is probably going to make a massive pot of haggis neaps and tatties again and some Scottish salmon. No set format as such just general drunkiness and talking shite about bikes etc. We're hoping for some live music around the bonfire so if you can play an instrument bring it with you.
Any questions please ask away. Please Remember it is up a very rough farm track however as long as you don't own a sports car you should be ok. Bikes are fine just take it steady. Worst case scenario you can leave your car down at the farm and I will come and get you.

Norrie was right, it was cold. We also had other elements of weather to handle, for example; falling snow whilst eating BBQ and wind blowing the marquee down but our hosts went out of their way to ensure we were comfortable, warm, dry, fed, watered and enjoying ourselves.
The night sky on Friday was spectacular.
Haggis, neeps an' tatties is the food of the gods, especially when you add butter.
