Post subject:  UKBEG Fireworks Spectacular, Lincs., Saturday 31st October.
To be held at the Lincolnshire Aviation Heritage Centre, East Kirkby, near Spilsby.

Location details: http://www.lincsaviation.co.uk

We've posted details for this event for the past couple of years and always had a good turnout from UKBEG members. We'll try to get the weather right this year :D...

This event includes a Lancaster bomber night taxi run at 6.00 pm - well worth seeing with flames spitting out of the Merlin's exhausts :P...

The taxi run will be followed by one of the best firework displays in the county.

If you have little-uns there is a Halloween theme to the night.

Admission prices:
Adults £10
Children (11 to 15 years) £3
Children under 10 get in free

There I was all interested and stuff then remembered - with an empty nest now there's no-one to have the dogs overnight :(

Though I'd like to CJ we won't be there, add the above problem to the other ongoing one and this is a no from us I'm afraid. Bugger!

Other event highlights include Sarah and Jane going oooh and aaaah during the fireworks and of course Jane's sparklers and, new for this year, Jane's home-made parkin :P :P...

We will be there again for this one and Ill try and hold Rick back from the choccy fountain again this year ;) Although he will probably be slobbering all over Jane ......... (and her parkin) :lol: :lol:

FYI - to save us riding/driving 110 miles home after the fireworks etc. we've booked a room for Saturday night at the The Red Lion, Revesby, which is just 2.4 miles from East Kirkby.

:clap: I'll do my best to get to this one, may be this year we wont have to hide under the corner of tent to watch fireworks. Even though it rained it was still a good night, well worth the entry fee. :old:
