Ok folks I now have the menu for Sproutfest, could you please take a look & let me know via PM what you'd like. As usual, I'll then compile our orders & let the hotel know. Don't worry about remembering what you've ordered, I'll give you a piece of paper with your order on the night.

If you are staying at the Hotel the cost of the meal will be added to your room. If you are not staying can I ask that you give me the money before we sit down so I can settle up with the hotel before the festivities begin ;)

I have asked for the bar in the function room to be opened about 5pm, so after that time could the 'early starters' please congregate in the function room & free up the space in the main bar.

Dinner will be served around 8pm.

Price this year is £18.95 per person which is cheaper than last year, but there is a supplement for a couple of the choices.

* Soup of the Day - Leek & potato
* Blue Cheese, Orange and Apple Salad, topped with Creme Fraiche Dressing
* Poached Salmon and Prawn Cocktail
_____________________________________________________________________________

* Roast Turkey, served with Chipolata, Bacon Roll, Sage & Onion Stuffing
* Roast Loin of Pork, served with Chipolata, Bacon Roll, Sage & Onion Stuffing
* Roast Sirloin of Beef, Yorkshire Pudding and Rich Gravy (£2.95 supplement)
* Steamed Fillet of Salmon, White Wine, Prawn and Mushroom Sauce
* Mediterranean Vegetable Tartlet topped with melted Brie (v)

All served with a selection of Seasonal Vegetables and Roast Potatoes
_____________________________________________________________________________

* Christmas Pudding with Rum Sauce
* Fresh Fruit Salad served with Cream
* Chocolate Truffle with Baileys Anglaise
* Cheese Selection, Chutney, Grapes and Celery (£2.00 Supplement)
_____________________________________________________________________________

Coffee and Mince Pies

I'd really appreciate your menu choices as soon as you can but please no later than the end of Nov. Any questions just PM me :D

Thanks
Alison

I'll intend to attend on the 5th of December. That stated, there's every chance that I have the date wrong, but at least I will have less competition at the auction.
