Following our aborted journey today due to snow and ice, we'll try again  - a trip to the sand racing event at Mablethorpe.  Come and experience Mablethorpe in January  - bracing sea breezes and hot bike action guaranteed. The fish and chips are pretty good too  ...Location and event details: here We'll meet up at Mablethorpe between 10.30 and 11.00 am, near the main entrance to the beach and pits area. At last, there's a hint of warmer weather on Sunday - it might even be two-wheel friendly  ....Sand racing plus fish and chips - here we come ...

We'll be at Mablethorpe between 10.30 and 11.00 am as planned. If anyone's bringing some 'little-uns' along we have a rare Buell present for them ...

Sun, sea, sand and fish & chips - a perfect day at Mablethorpe.We couldn't possibly miss our annual trip to the sand races and even though we used the car, it was well worth it. UKBEG roll call: CJ and Jane, Digger, Smarty, Kevmean and Harry. Digger (XB12XT) and Smarty (M2) kept the Buell motorcycle flag flying. I wore a Buell woolly hat ....    Triumph special....  Road legal Armstrong/Triumph/Yamaha hybrid...    See, size does matter...  Sorry, Digger....

Good to meet up with you all again today and a big thanks from Harry to CJ & Jane for the Tshirt  havn't uploaded Harrys pics yet ...maybe get some on later ......................I see Digger wasn't taking any chances though and made sure he was the same height as Harry to take his pics

First time out on the Buell this year, and what a glorious day for it, bright sunshine all day on the east coast..... The ride to the beach was bloomin' cold, but the ride home was much warmer..... Feels like summer is just around the corner Nice to see CJ & Jane, Digger, Kev and Harry. Excellent pics CJ, Digger, I love that Triumph. Looking forward to seeing Harrys pics posted. Thanks very much for the Tee shirt, excellent.......

Looks good, but it's just missing a couple of small details - 28 degrees centigrade, and a few decent sized dunes
