The time is drawing closer to fun and frolicks of Deliverance. For those of you who don't know the history of it, here's a little insight. The whole idea of staging it was from our much missed friend Yoffie, who turned to me in early '08 and said, 'this would be a good spot for a UKBEG BBQ'. Events took their sad course, and the members here decided it would be an excellent opportunity for us all to gather together and remember our friend 8-)
On a happier note, all members of this site (and families) are very welcome and I'm sure you'll all enjoy making new friends as well.
There will be hog roast on Sat afternoon and there's plenty of room for camping etc, just bring your favourite tipple and a tent. In the evening you're all required to get absolutely shitfaced around the bonfire lOl
It'll be sign posted off the A483 so look on net for SY10 8LL. If you're not sure how to find it, PM me and I'll send you detailed directions.
Use this thread to let me know if you're coming, since it'll make selecting Mr Piggie a bit easier and at my age, counting is a bit tricky lOl
Looking forward to seeing you 8-)

PS, any one who gets lost (and you will  ) call me on and I'll talk you in

Addendum 3/8/10

I tried to do a recall on Mr Piggie this morning and get a larger one since there's over 60 Beggers attending this year  (that I know about lOl ). Apparently he's the largest pig they've had in a while, larger ones are on 'backorder' until next year  There'll be burgers/sausages etc to burn on the BBQ + (bacon/eggs etc for brekkie on Sunday - if you can face it) but it might be useful if the odd pack of sausages etc were brought along just incase we run out of food - I've no idea how much will be noshed lOl

Dublin-Holyhead ferry booked t'other week, should be in Holyhead for 05.30 Friday mornin. Leisurely bimble using that excellent route Adam gave me last year should have me at D3 HQ in time for brekkie or if I take the back lane again might make it for lunch/dinner time lOl . Seriously though will probably dander about, take in the scenery and arrive late afternoon.
