Believe that one of the members here displaysed their ratbike black S1 last year. Word is it has a new oil leak to give an even more authentic rat look this year.

No leaks now, and after my MOT by the deaf man, am ready for the next M4 top gear roll on test against "the most desirable model" GSXR 750...

I was hoping for a Firebolt display, but onanist is arriving in the afternoon and Bikerdude666 is playing away...

Not to worry, I'll walk into town, drink a few ciders in The Crown then appreciate the "specials"...

Nice day out. Lots of bikes, not as much as last year. Cops round here have got an unmarked BMW S1000R as well as an unmarked big BMW.

Saw three Buells, one red 12SS, one 12S and a 12R (mine). Also saw a Hardley Movingson that *wanted* to be a Buell...

Daywalker got all excited about GSXRs, but his daughter was spot on with the models, Dw thought one was an L, but Miss Dw said it was an M...

This one here had a turbo and a Mikuni HSR carbatoota..

There was also this Norton Commando...

And one for Adam..

I also realised what a good looking bike the Firebolt is. I was parked next to an FZR400, something I always wanted when I was a youngster - I think it was the SP that would have done me - and the Firebolt just looked so much better...

That's one nice looking motorcycle.

I've never really bothered that much with Harleys and the model designation letters are totally bewildering to me, but with an Evo motor and mid-mounts, that's probably an FXR. (cue the HD experts calling me a knob for getting it wrong, but hey - I couldn't give a FF if I have......)
Guess who had a hand in the design of the FXR frame?

Anyway, depending on the state of tune of that motor and the gearing, that bike on the right day with the right rider, could give any traditionally engined Buell a run for it's money.

I'd have it.......
