Meet at the The Green Welly Stop between 10.30 and 11.00 am for a tour of some of the best roads and scenery in the UK.

The tour will include a lunch stop on the west coast.

I was camping just up the road last weekend....

I'll be there CJ, but think I'll ride down on the Sat and stayover somewhere......too many miles to do it in one day, even for me

Hi Rawni, because of the distances involved we'll have to come up on Saturday, so we may camp or stay at a B&B. Or we may even stay two nights in the area and return on Monday...

Will try make it as its not too far from me.

Drove past there the other weekend on my way to a wedding in Oban, nice roads and loads of bikes out. Would have loved to take the bike but not much room to carry a kilt on the back and didn't fancy riding with it on

Also a word of warning, Mr Plod likes these roads round here too...

I don't live too far from the Green welly stop. Look forward to at last meeting some of you.
As previously posted the Traffic Police tend to hide in and around these parts so be aware.

Great, there's quite a few people who've said they would come along to this UKBEG meet and ride - and they're not all from Scotland.

We're well aware of the Police presence in that area - it's the same as most popular biking areas of England and Wales.

Not to sure at what time to set off at though.
Let me know if you want company and I'll see if Bali will be able to make it as well.

We've booked a room for Saturday night (25th) at the biker friendly Dalkell Cottage Guest House in Tyndrum  ......

All that remains to do now is to organise some good :sun: weather for the 25th/26th July.

How many do we have going now?
Norrie I will be heading up in the morning. Where's a good place to meet?
I'm leaving from North Berwick and probably going through Ormiston to pick up Baroness.

Hi Gaz - given good weather I reckon about 10 to 12 riders will attend this event.

Hope you can make it, Pete.

We're really looking forwards to this trip and have taken an option of also staying Sunday night if the weather's good.
