Ok folks I now have the menu for Sproutfest, could you please take a look & let me know via PM what you'd like. As usual, I'll then compile our orders & let the hotel know. Don't worry about remembering what you've ordered, I'll give you a piece of paper with your order on the night. If you are staying at the Hotel the cost of the meal will be added to your room. If you are not staying can I ask that you give me the money before we sit down so I can settle up with the hotel before the festivities begin Price for the meal is £21.50/head. There is a supplement for one of the dishes. STARTERS • Carrot and Parsnip Soup, Crusty Bread and Butter • Chicken Liver Pate, Fruit Chutney and Hot Buttered Toast • Smoked Salmon Platter, Dressed Salad Leaves, Brown Bread and Butter • Mushrooms in a Creamy Garlic and Stilton Sauce, Ciabatta Bread MAIN COURSES • From the Carvery Roast Beef and Roast Turkey Seasonal Vegetables, Roast Potatoes and Traditional Accompaniments • Luxury Fish Pie Selection of Fish, Prawns and Scallops in a Chesse Sauce topped with Potatoes • Vegetable Parcel Mediterranean Vegetables in Puff Pastry • Roast Breast of Duck, Grand Marnier and Kumquat Peppered Sauce (£3.50 supplement) DESSERTS • Christmas Pudding, Rum Sauce • White and Dark Chocolate Cheesecake, Warm Cherry Compote • Very Merry Sherry Trifle • St Clements Pavlova Freshly Ground Coffee and Mince Pies If there are any specific dietary requirements please let me know & I'll do my best to sort something out!
