Went out on my XB today. Not because I planned to, (too) many things left to do at home, but left my mobile phone at work so ended up doing a 90 mile circuit to the office.

A memorable little juant as the meter blipped over 18000 miles the second I passed the 40 sign into Dormington village in Herefordshire. Not such a good run outwards as the ECU didn't seem to settle in until I saw 44 miles. It's strange how the Stealth can goes deeper and louder as the fuelling chimes in correctly. Better after 20 or so miles after the motor has got hot and I sit in 3rd or 4th and let the revs float just below 4000 around the backroads. Then later the motor just rips away with a honk rather than a hollow bark. Still learning how to make this thing work best so never a dull ride....hope this continues for many more.
