I bought a 2001 X1 about 6 months ago. It had been converted to carb and runs well ( although the kill switch doesn't work ), however, today the starter switch internals have broken. Which set of switch gear do I need to replace it with, carb, injection or either? Thanks in advance

The X1 switch controls are the same as the later xb series bikes. And to get electric load of the ignition switch it's better to put a relay in between.
