Like I said ''normally''........so yes, you were lucky.........so why did you have to provide a VIN for a non locking cap ?? :?

My Guess HD either don't know (officially) - or it's a bit of an embarrassment for them - especially after the Biro trick. I must try my chainlock key.

Surely not Chris.....H-D dealers are the pinnacle of Buell expertise, their techs and parts people have attended factory courses and know more about these bikes than anybody......especially the dumb ass owners :roll:
